At Pedders Suspension we see the importance of having good communication amongst our team as being the key to our success. We have found over the years that by working and communicating as a team we can all benefit from each others ideas and viewpoints on ways to better ourselves at Pedders.
Our annual dealer conferences are held during our attendance at SEMA each year and bring the group together to provide the platform to share results and to combine ideas for implementation for the coming months. These conferences also have ‘play’ time included to insure good team building relationships and increased communication.
Our staff retention rates are extremely high thus reflecting a satisfying work ethic for the group. Pedders also communicates regularly to its staff members with its internal publication called “The Bull News” which is delivered to all Pedders staff on a monthly basis. An internal intranet site is also available to the group to assist with communication upon many facets of the Pedders business.
