Pedders Warranty

Pedders USA, LLC warrants its dampers, coils and bushes against defects in workmanship, materials and malfunction for 24 Months or 36,000 miles from the time of purchase. These Warranties only apply to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the Products were originally installed (the "Purchaser").If a Pedders bit malfunctions during the 24 Month or 36,000 mile warranty period and Pedders USA, LLC determines the bit to be defective; Pedders USA, LLC will either replace it or repair it at our discretion. Exceptions apply.

Warranty Claim Process
 
The Purchaser should contact the Pedders USA dealer/distributor from which the Products were originally purchased. The dealer/distributor should then contact Pedders USA  to obtain a Warranty Claim Form and Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return the Products to Pedders USA. Any and all returns must be accompanied by (1) RMA number, (2)  sales receipt verifying the purchase of the Products, and (3) Pedders USA Warranty Claim Form. 

Pedders USA will not accept Product returns without the RMA number, receipt and Warranty Claim Form. C.O.D. or collect shipments will be refused. Once the returns are received at Pedders USA, Pedders USA will evaluate the Products, verify the sales receipt, and investigate the statement.

The Purchaser is responsible for returning the Products to the Pedders USA dealer/distributor, including shipping costs as well as costs incurred for removing and installing the Products on the vehicle. Pedders USA does not warranty labor costs.
