The process involves the complete dismantling or stripping down of the gear and thorough inspection of every component.

Depending on the quality of the component, it is either replaced or re-manufactured under strictly controlled conditions by expert staff to ensure it is up to or better than OE standards.

Because of this, Pedders offer a 24 Month or 36,000 mile warranty on its re-manufactured power steering parts. There simply is no better quality available in the market today.

This means a customer can purchase a re-manufactured Pedders unit, knowing there will be no hidden surprises, as can be the case in many reconditioned units where just the symptoms of wear and tear have been treated.
